What Our Customers Say
I asked Teffont to fix a problem with a Xerox printer that had defeated me. I was very impressed indeed with the service. Their engineer arrived on time, solved the problem quickly and without fuss and, as a bonus, upgraded the printer firmware and resolved some niggling issues with settings. Genuinely some of the best tech support I’ve had.

For most people, Torfaen is probably best-known as the location of Blaenavon’s UNESCO World Heritage Site industrial landscape. Torfaen (meaning “breaker of stones”) is an old name for the river – today called Afon Lwyd (“grey river”) – which flows through the county borough from its source north of Blaenavon southward through Abersychan, Pontypool, and Cwmbran. Visitors can delve into the history of the area at the Big Pit National Coal Museum and discover the life of miners in an underground tour.
