Recent Customer Enquiries

Stuart asked:

We have had our Brother MFC 9840CDW for over 3 years but it has never been serviced. the paper is now sticking in the back of the printer everythime we try to print or copy. Can you advise of someone in Northern Ireland who can come and look at it for us?

Rob asked:

Suspect that the rollers for both paper trays need replacing as they are leaving grooves/indentations in the paper. Printer still functional but not producing the best looking output!

Kim asked:

Orange roller at back of machine is spilt.

Ian asked:

We changed the drum unit but still have lines and blobs in printing. It also double prints about 4 inches below the original print but very faint.

Adrian asked:

Wont pick up paper from paper and draw pink spots on edge of page.

Jared asked:

When you send something to print, the first page prints and then says there is a page jam. the next sheet of paper has tryed to leave the tray but hasn't gone through its as if the roller isn't picking it up correctly. if you put the sheet back in the tray and start again it will print but then the next sheet gets stuck and so the sequence continues.

Sandra asked:

Print Unable Error 32 persisting

Ian asked:

Paper not picking up from paper tray when printing, also the paper is coming out with indentations in it.

Andrew asked:

Drum error keeps appearing and blue ink at one side of page.

Manos asked:

Printer displays "No waste toner" but I believe this incorrect. The real problem is that when you switch the machine on it makes a horrible gear grinding noise to the bottom right hand side as you face the machine. Thank you

Christine asked:

We have replaced printer cartridges and drum but printer still not printing correctly.

Carol asked:

The printer produces a blank 'streak' down the page, only on black printing. This doesn't go away when the cartridge is changed. Overall the print quality is poor and the paper appears scuffed.
